What you need to Know, The Basic Numbers and requirement.

£1,000 reservation fee – nothing else to pay until completion!

We are able to offer you the opportunity of purchasing an investment property in the Caribbean.

All we ask you to do is raise the 30% for your deposit, but we will make the interest payments for this amount on your behalf.  

For example, if you were to borrow £30,000 and it cost you, say, £200 a month, we will make this payment for you.
