This is the First Restaurant I opened in 1983!

#1 Bombolini’s®™ that was open in 1983 in Hialeah Fl. 16 Ave & W. 68 St. In Hialeah, FL.

Below is how I got the space with barely nothing, only an oven, and a counter, then

I remodeled the space and re-arranged it with counters and equipment.

 

 

 


This is the Second Restaurant!

#2 Bombolini’s®™ that was open in 1990 in Pembroke Pines Fl. [Hiatus and Pines Blvd, FL

This is the Third Restaurant!

 #3 Bombolini’s®™ that was open 1992 in the Doral area 32 St. & N.W. 72 Ave. Miami, Fl.

 

We were there a short time, about 2 years. Mostly lunch for the local offices and lots of take out.

 


This is the Fourth Restaurant!

#4 Bombolini’s®™ that was open 1991 in Hialeah 12 Ave. & 68 St. Hialeah, FL

Left side we took the paint shop over and created our Gala Dinning room, see below more pics.

Below we took the space next door left side of the paint shop and
expanded to have two dinning Bombolini's places totaling 3000 Sq. Ft.

We received a  "4 1/2 Star"  Rating in 1994 see article below!

When Miami Radio Station El Zol 95.7 Started on the air Bombolini’s®™ was asked to provided much of

all their food to neighborhood Car Dealer's lots such as Potamkin Dodge, Gus Machado Ford,
Palmetto Ford, Headquarter Toyota, Midway Ford.
As well as Catering for Burdines both, the Westland and Kendal locations for
the Perfume Counters and Office parties
.

 

 


This is the Fifth and Final Location and Closed in beginning of 2007

#5 Bombolini’s®™ that was open 1997 in Hialeah, Fl. 831 W. 49 St. 

Chef carlos did all the Construction and remodeling work including all

 the interior decorations after finishing work at the other locations and

 during the weekends and nights aftre closing for the day.

I was full after dinner, I had a little belly here :-))
This was after closing the other location about 3? or 4? AM

 

Yeap, I did all the tiling work too. This is the center space where the bar counter and
espresso machine were installed.

 

Yeap!! I did all my Restaurant's Lettering too, all cut by hand.

Above 1997 just opened, not completely decorated inside.

 

Chef Carlos did all of the interior carpentry, custom overhead floating lamps,
wall painting and all the decorations.
